Open the application and save the complete html. You still wont be able to load already designed templates as it will require net connection.

Forgot to mention that, Even if you have internet connection, you wont be able to load already available templates. (when you have saved the pages)

The application is designed to load templates only from this blog. Everything other than that will work fine
